DVD Release and 10 Year Celebration!
The release of the Thankful Heart DVD coincided with the Kids in Tune 10 year anniversary, and a concert was in order to celebrate! The stage was set, the kids arrived, and the audience enjoyed a beautiful display of talent celebrating what God has done through this choir the past 10 years and what He will continue to do with the release of the DVD.
The evening began with several musical numbers performed by KIT alumni. It was very special to see how much the choir has influenced these kids both spiritually and musically.
The choir performed El Shaddai, Scars, Servant's Prayer, Wonderful Cross, and Thankful Heart, all with the corresponding music video playing above them. Several KIT alumni returned to sing their solos with the choir.
Gissela Kroll, director, shared stories about how God blessed the choir during the filming of the DVD and how much it means to her to see the kids grow from the first row to the last row and continue praising the Lord through music after they leave the choir. She also shared how Kids in Tune has impacted other churches all over the world, showing videos of kids singing Thankful Heart in both Australia and Mongolia!
We are humbled when we consider what God has done through this choir already, and look forward with anticipation to what He will do in the future.
